2. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who meet any additional state-specific requirements. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each such individual are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3.  No Purchase Necessary: A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 

4. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Verification and Disqualification All entries are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an incomplete or altered entry, or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

6. Publicity Release Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may collect, use, and share your personal information for administration and marketing purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include sensitive personal information via entry form.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; (d) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions; or (e) any other errors or problems related to the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize.

9. Disputes / Governing Law Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to choice of law rules.

10. Miscellaneous Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of cancellation.

Winner notification & claim process  Winners will be notified by email or phone and must return any required documentation within the timeframe specified in the Official Rules. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply, an alternate winner may be selected.

Claims release & publicity Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.
